Hi everyone,

I have a 2023 Volvo XC60 B4 petrol model, and I'm experiencing a sporadic engine noise at startup. It's a very loud noise, but it doesn't happen every time I start the car. I've taken it to Volvo, but they said there's nothing wrong with the car and they can't identify the issue based on the videos I've provided since it never happens when the car is with them.
