I have an iPhone 13, and having issues connecting to my Bluetooth in my 2014 XC60. I bought the car used, and they scrubbed their info from the system, but every time I turn the car on it’s trying to connect to the old phone from the old user. But there are no phones In the system itself, it’s empty. It won’t let me add my phone in, and only let me connect half way, where it doesn’t show I’m connected but lets me play music via Bluetooth and I can get calls, but the screen acts as though nothing is connected.
