Buzzing from under the hood (what is this?)

It seems that when I unlock the car (2010 T6), the internal lights come on, and there comes buzzing from this guy under the hood, just like hight frequncy current running throigh the coil. The sound stops in few minutes and the light go off. Suggestions please?
