Hi all,
new to a Volvo and this forum. I have the Voice On Call Android mobile app. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Currently, everything seems to work except sending commands to the car (start, lock/unlock, honk, flash). For these commands the app will just show updating and never do anything. Everything else like the journal and dashboard are working perfectly.
I did notice that on July 2, 2015, they did an update to version 3.0.3. I wonder if they broke communications. However, I tried it with an iPhone as well and still did the same thing. I pushed the on-call button and talked with them, however they are not the experts... but they were able to send the vehicle an unlock signal.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Well it started working today. Here is what I think fixed it. Last night I went through a reactivation process of my VolvoID. I went to the internet, apps, settings, volvoID, after that it told me I was registered to my email. After that, I tried it and still didn't work, but may have tried it too quickly.

Note: after they sent you the email, click the button link and it told me I was connected.
When I bought the car, I had purchased 42 months of sensus connect. I did notice when it was working, it had my subscription ending after the initial 6 months. I noticed after it wasn't working the 42 months had been added onto it. So it makes me wonder if when they updated my subscription if it cleared my registration somehow.
