Question CPO 2019 XC60 vs. CPO 2018 XC60 - Opinions needed

I've lurked on this forum before but i'm now ready to buy. There are two CPO XC60s in my area i'm looking at and wanted to get the forums opinion. Not sure if there are known issues with these model years either.

#1:
2018 XC60 T5 Momentum
Osmium Grey / Black
Miles: ~18,000
Price: $35,500
2 years 1 month left on CPO extended warranty
Notes: So far dealer is not willing budge on price. This dealer will allow $4000 of the down payment on credit card.

#2
2019 CX60 T5 Momentum
Osmium Grey / Black
Miles: ~15,000
Price: $36,600
2 years 6 months left on CPO extended warranty
Notes: Dealer has already come down $1500 before I even saw the car. Just talking over email. This dealer will allow up to $2500 down payment on credit card.

They both have roughly the same features although it does seem the 2019 require premium gas vs. the 2018 using regular. Anything I should know from the experts on this forum as I look to make my decision. What am I missing? I'll be financing through Volvo as well most likely.

You might want to research the model years, since I remember reading that there were several years of the 2nd Gen XC60 that were problematic, and I believe 2019 was one of them. Also, the use of Regular versus Premium is a strong consideration since the XC60 does not get outstanding MPG's (I am averaging around 22.5 combined city/hwy.) and gas prices are on the rise

Default Related? Water in space saver tyre well -near battery

Would blocked rear sunroof drain hoses create water pooling in the spare tyre well under the floor in the boot/trunk?

I originally suspected rear light unit seals but the old talc leak tracking test has been inconclusive!

it happens after / during heavy rain when Parked up. Luckily we don't get much much of that - but its still annoying and cant be good.

thoughts?
