Default Differential on the XC60?

I was looking up some different oils for my 2019 XC60 and found these products:
https://www.searchforparts.com/oil-c...b4204t27-turbo

I really don't like going to the dealership and want to use my own oil for a complete flush of the engine and tranny fluids, even coolant and I ran into a product on the page that offers differential fluid or lube? Do I really need to mess with this? My Volvo has 34,500 miles on it so far.

Thanks!

Not really @ 34k. Maybe wait till 60K. Unless you really enjoy working with extreme pressure (smelly) oil. Even then personally I would not change the diff fluid. (and I owned and worked at a Volvo shop for 38 years) Some people advocate sooner for transmissions driven hard, and I would also if so. (but it's a Volvo soccer Mom car!) A lot of manufacturers have removed drain plugs from rear ends and transfer cases. Same with grease fittings being eliminated - more contamination is introduced during the changing or greasing process than would be there if left alone.

For transmission fluid - I don't think I could ever trust a generic fluid - does amsoil meet the XXXX spec that the factory fluid does? Even if they say it does I would source from Volvo or the Trans manufacturer. (Aisen?(sp))

How long do you plan to keep the car?
