Electrical dead

Default Electrical dead
While having a problem with the tailgate the entire electrical system went out. Nothing works. Battery ok. Tailgate fuses in the back and under the glove box are ok. Could it be a main circuit breaker. Where are they?

The other fuse box is under the hood over the left wheel.
