Default Engine Coolant Recovery Tank Hose

Original Part Number 31319051 appears to be superseded 31368200 was there a reason for this? Currently my original fitment is weeping, I dont appear to be able to remove the hose connection on the engine, any ideas on how to do this please.

Problem fixed, had to break away the connection ferrule to get it to release. Stripped out the grey connection internal components and replaced fitting O ring with a larger section item after applying lubrication grease. Pushed the fitting back onto connection spigot and secured with a cable tie, pressure tested, no more leaks. Saved approx $A40 applying this fix. Maybe Volvo knows the O ring sizing on 31319051 is suspect.
