My coolant tank is empty. Whenever I fill the tank, ALL of the coolant in the tank leaks out within several minutes.
I removed the tank and checked it and it is good to go.
The hose is dry that connects the tank with the next flow area and the coolant is actually draining from the front of the car... see the pic


V70•T5 Leaking coolant as I am adding the coolant (before even starting the car).
I removed the tank and tank is in good shape plus hose connections from the coolant tank are dry. Hose connection to the next clamp is also dry -
The leak is in the front of my car...

Any ideas? hose? pump?
The coolant tank empties within minutes of refilling.

 

The leak is directly under the radiator drain and also the lower radiator hose. The only way to find this is to support the car on jack stands or a lift and remove the lower paneling to inspect the hardware.
