Hello everyone and thanks in advance. I have just purchased a Volvo XC60 2011 and there is a problem.

There is no sound at all. No sound from reverse sensors either. The system keeps freezing up and it wont switch off either. I have rang the dealers and they have said that it needs looking out at Ł170 an hour. They also said that software system might make it worse. I have no idea where the amplifier is or the cable. If anyone can point me in the right direction.
