Well i didnt even know it had this Headlight washer thingy, i got out of the car after my commute and one of the things on the front of the car was sticking out, the other half says its the headlight washer.... Well its done it again and it was mega sticking out on the drivers side, i guess its malfunctioning, has anyone else had this problem xc60 b5 momentum MY22

I have the same problem. A few notes, the washer only comes out every 5 or so washes and only when the headlights are "on." Also, the washers won't extend if the washer fluid level is "low." I have pushed the washers back in several times without issue. I took it in to the dealer and was told the motors are faulty. Still waiting for the parts which are on backorder.

 

I had the same problem. The dealer replaced the unit.

 

Many thanks for your responses i have called at the dealer today, a mechanic came out with some oil, and lubricated it but declared it wasn't right and so its booked in. Will update after 14th july

 

Same issue on my MY22 (not closing after washing), dealer changed the washer
