Default Help! Massive electrical issues on 2019 XC19 T6 Re Design

So my XC60 had this occasional battery leakage issue where I would just not power in the mornings, or even after being parked, engine off and talking on the phone.
About 4 months ago it was completely dead. My usual (good) jump starting kit would not work.
Call the roadside service people subcontracted to Volvo....could jumpstart it, but I said I want a new battery for piece of mind. When he removed the battery he showed me how the ground wire was arking to the chassis.
He was not able to set the battery voltage as it is factory only so it had a series of error codes, dealership would say we will reset if you come in now.
2 hours later, they cannot figure it out....put it together and brought it back for a full review.
Now the issues are is that it tells me the battery is not being charged and puts many features into a low power mode, ie minimal aircon, no seat warmers and a few other things like the airbag suspension,.

They found one of the modules appeared faulty, ordered the new part, installed the new module after waiting about three weeks for the part to no avail, and it appearing that the fault is in the next downstream module. Same deal, ordered parts, took a month to get hear, car in all day and that did nothing.

Anyone have any bright ideas what could be going on? I need a high level volvo tech I think. The dealership is struggling for answers and are waning to order a head of parts to throw at and make it work. It is under warranty but I have been left with a car that's annoying to drive for a long time now,
