Hi! Just walked out of a Volvo dealership when about to close a deal. They kept pushing all these extra packages at me..got irritated and left.
Do I really NEED any of that stuff... undercoating; paint teflon protection, extended warranty, extra maintenance packages?
These weren't cheap either 2K and up; and when I said I would decide on those later as I needed to confer w/my spouse (who is out of the country), I was told I had to make a decision now I could not buy anything later.

So, I walked.
IF these things are so important to the car why aren't they part of the sales price?
I haven't bought a car in 12 years and this experience was not pleasant. Any help/suggestions would be most appreciated. I wanted to get the XC60 T6..fully loaded.
