Evidently the 2.0 update killed her...at least on voice command. I have the same thing although the steering wheel button and the dash button still works. It has been reported that a reset of the Sensus unit (hold down the home button for 40 seconds past the screen cleaning part) brings her back. I haven't tried yet.

 

So I did finally do the reset of the Sensus unit mentioned above...first time I have had to reset it. Just hold down for 30 to 40 seconds until the "VOLVO" logo appears then release. I then left the car and locked it (not sure this is necessary) but this morning the car started up as usual and the voice command is working again. Whew!

 

I did the big screen reset and hey Google is back!!

 

Please try completing a ISU reset. Press and hold home button for 20 secs until it resets. After this please complete TCAM reset by holding down front defrost button for 30 Secs until the SOS button above starts blinking.Once this is completed it should start working correctly
