Having installed a Kenne Bell supercharger on a 4.6L 2000 Mustang myself, taking the HP from stock 260 to a dyno measured 460 HP, running 11 psi of boost with a belt driven Kenne Bell supercharger and intercooler, I am very curious as to how much pressure they run on our T6? I have done some Google research and nobody seems to know, but I figured someone on this forum might know. And has Volvo considered offering a pressure gauge to indicate how much boost is being run? Most supercharger enthusiasts very much want to know what the boost pressure is, since it's the boost and resulting higher airflow through the engine that is directly responsible for the HP increase.

 

Dunno about anything so new but the T5s stock run about 10 PSI boost to get 220-250 HP from an I5. I suspect an I6 runs ~12 PSI to get 300HP. You can check in with some of the Volvo ECU tuners who offer stage 1,2,3 tunes where they remap teh boost curve in the ECU. Obviously you need to match the boost to the size of the turbocharger ie the TD04 is sized from a 12T (like on the S40s 1.9Ts) but you can get all the way to a 20G or 22T which can add 200 HP to a T5. Assuming the engine is properly blue printed for exhaust size, cooling system, intercooler sizing, injectors, fuel pressure etc. you should be able to get 450 HP or so which will smoke most automatics...

downside is the 2018 is pretty new so there's not a big market yet for the tuner apps so you may need to check around.
