I got the deal of XC60 2015(AWD T5) from truecar.com and dealer give me additional 500 discount. My friends told me that the 2016 model will come soon and the price should be better.
Others shared their prices online (autopriceshare.com) and seems their price (around 34500) is lower than mine. Do anyone know some discount for XC60 and should I continue seeking for better deals?

 

Factory to dealer incentives are regional, so a dealer in southern California can't necessarily sell the car for the same price that a Chicago dealer can or vice-versa. Generally speaking TrueCar is pretty accurate for your area as you notice you are required to input your zip code to get a price. Of course one would never expect people sharing in a forum anonymously to lie about the price, right? One thing that never ceases to amaze me is the desire of the customer to brag that they got the best deal in history and screwed the dealer so bad they lost their azz. Here's the bottom line. If you visit the dealer in person and honestly attempt to buy a car (as a capable buyer of course) and they let you walk out the door with a price from them that is higher than you offered without buying you are in the ballpark. Sales people and sales managers are not going to let you leave without completing the purchase when you have offered a deal they are willing to do, so if you simply don't know what a good price is make a lowball offer in earnest and when they don't accept head for the door. You will soon find out what their best deal is.

P.S. You can't play the game of crossing into another region to buy simply to take advantage of better pricing unless you have an address you can use in that region. Your zip code is attached to all paperwork.

 

Thanks for your suggestions. My final price is 35500. autopriceshare dealer give me $600 more discount. I am satisfied with the new XC60
