A couple months ago, my audio gave out on my 2010 XC60 T6 after a jump, the central console still has the cellular signal bars, but is blank aside from that. Nothing comes up on the center console related to AUX, CD, or radio, and I can’t adjust the volume or access any other settings, but the Bluetooth phone functionality seems to work alright. Audio is fine during calls and I can adjust the volume as well, but not with the other audio functions. The CD drive can still take and eject CDs just fine.

I tried replacing the radio amp under the passenger seat twice, but to no avail. I checked the fuses related to the speaker as well, but none seem to be broken, at least juding from both the manual and the other guides I've found online. My theory is that it’s a software issue, but anyone have any advice on where to go from here?
