Over the last few months, I have had increasing difficulty opening the rear hatch door on my 2010 XC60. At times, it will open, and other times, it simply will not open. I've tried the hatch unlock button on the dashboard, the keyfob button, and a combination of both. Has anyone had this issue and how did you resolve it? The latch on the rear hatch seems to be touch-activated. My sense is that the latch may need to be replaced or removed and repaired.
