Over the last few months, I have had increasing difficulty opening the rear hatch door on my 2010 XC60. At times, it will open repeatedly, and other times, it simply will not open. I've tried the hatch unlock button on the dashboard, the keyfob button, and a combination of both. Has anyone had this issue and how did you resolve it?
