Default Remove plastic piece on inside of windshield

Is that installed at the factory or the dealer?

Its above the vin # on the inside.

Assumption is you don't mean the SRS warning but the clear plastic tab. Parking pass or toll card holder.
Year/model/option level dependant it would likely be factory installed. I thought at some I had seen it as replaceable piece or accessory piece.

That makes sense. Is it a European thing?
It's above the SRS sticker.

I can't get that crazy tab out either. Next oil change I'm going to have the dealership remove it. Serves no purpose for me. I thought I was the only one with it.
