Reversing caravan, and park assist/auto brake problem
Can anyone help, we tried to reverse with our caravan attached and the sensors say, nope, there's something behind you and slams on the brake !!
We're a xc60 MY22, b5 momentum. I've tried reading the manual but as you can imagine i haven't found the answer yet.. We have an aftermarket tow ball with dedicated electrics.
Has someone else had this problem and managed to figure it out?

If you have a trailer properly connected to your XC60, it should disable the rear parking sensors. You could also just manually turn them off to avoid autobrake situations.

When I first start my car and put the car in reverse (with bike rack in trailer hitch) an option appears to disable the auto reverse braking and audible warning noise.
Try watching the large display when first putting your car in reverse…

That's your blind spot warning system.
