I have a 2017(early) XC60 and have downloaded the UK map updates from "https://www.volvocars.com/uk/support/manuals/xc60/2016w17 " now when I go to download and choose my map "https://www.volvocars.com/uk/support/downloads/maps/spa/europe/north-west-europe" and then click "Download for Windows", I point it to my datastick, and then wait for it to finish downloading. I then run the 'Check Download' to make sure my download is OK and it passes the checks.
I follow the instructions for loading it into my car, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS?
I've attached some screenshots for clarity.
I've sent them 2 e-mails but have not had a reply from either, Is anyone else having this problem? Is it their site or am I doing something wrong?

Are you sure you downloaded proper maps for your car?
Go here: https://www.volvocars.com/uk/support/downloads/maps , then click on navigation system you have in you car.
