service history is usually kept locally within the dealer. Carfax will show any reported transactions including DMV changes - some dealers report, indy shops generally don't.
If you are the original owner and had dealer service for all your warranty period maintenance, you should be able to talk to the service manager for details. Personally I keep all receipts for all my cars with mileage and dates.
