I just bought a 2015.5 XC60 second hand, and the sim card is not functioning. I understand that Volvo formerly made this a free service, but recently changed to a subscription basis. I went to AT&T and they cannot get a sim card to work because they cannot locate the IMEI for the device. They might be able to set it up as a tablet, but that is more expensive. So my questions are: 1) is this vehicle locked to AT&T, or can other service providers supply the service? 2) Does anyone know how to find the IMEI for the device? and 3) What do I have to do to get Volvo to provide the subscription (I bought it from a Toyota dealer who knows nothing at all about the Volvo services)?
