Just purchased the 2022 xc60 recharge extended range and the car does not recognize the verbal hey google command u less I hit the button on the testing wheel. Any suggestions on why it does not pick up the verbal command? Thanks

 

I've had this happen a couple of times since the upgrade to the 2.0 software release. I find that the soft reset (long press on Home key till Volvo appears then let go) has worked to make "Hey Google" work again.

 

Agree this works. I have not had other issues reported by 2022 XC60 users but have had the voice assistant randomly quit working in response to "Hey Google". The press of the home button past the screen cleaner notation and until the Volvo logo reappears does the trick.
