Hi I'm knew here, just got a 2011 r-design xc60, whilst on a drive yesterday I found that when car was cold all is good but once you have driven and car gets not ,if you put car in neutral and then back into drive it snatches heavily,the car drives great through all gears ,it's just this snatching when not , car has been regularly serviced, could it need a fluid change of as previous owner said ,he's been told it's normal, any advice welcomed

 

how many miles on the car? Is this a 5 speed auto or 6 speed? Have you had the car checked for fluid level and fluid color?
