volvo xc60 engine turns over but won't start
Hi guys
I have a xc60 2010 d5 and it won’t start. My wifedrove home parked the car and 2 days later the car won’t start. The engine turnsover but won’t start, no errors are displayed. I have tried the spare key and checkedall the fuses and the car is on ½ tank. I must say everything else is workingon the car. My investigation started at the fuel pump (mechanical pump) and I canhear the pump in the tank working. I checked the intake on the mechanical pumpby removing the inlet pipe on the pump and it fills up a bottle quite quickly,second test I removed the Hi pressure pipe on an injector and if the engine turnsit fills the cup with diesel. By the way I also installed a brand new battery. .I have notes’ that the fuel gage goes to empty when I push the start button. MyVolvo dealer also have no idea what the problem can be. I will appreciate your assistance
