2015 XC60 2.0L (B4204T11) with an oil pan that developed a leak at the bottom plate at exactly 50K. Only when the motor is running. When the motor is off there is no leak. It's a very slow drip leak. I've had this XC60 for 7 years. I've worked on my cars for 50years. I've seen this riveted (?) Plate on the oil pan and never paid attention. I change the oil between 3k-4k (at present using Kirkland full synthetic 5W-30). The leak is between the plate and bottom of the oil pan. between the plate and oil pan is where the oil drips. I know this as pressing the rivited plate oil drips out (between the plate and oil pan). It's not at the timing cover, i checked that visually 3x, no leakage there. Is this riveted oil pan normal for the Volvo 2.0L (or any Volvo)? Odd in my view. I'm searching for a replacement oil pan (they're expen$$ive), used may work if in good condition. Researching details on the removal and replacement. See pics, I'd like your thoughts as to this plate and if it's a standard Volvo item.
