Hi,

I was hoping that someone could help me diagnose an issue I'm having with the blowers, they seem to be stuck on hot and air-con won't work (was working) and I can't seem to change the direction of air flow. it's almost as if a diverting valve is stuck and not allowing for the air to pass where it needs to go. Any ideas what and where it could be, I would love to try and fix this before I send it to the garage.

I've got an xc60 (2009) D5 Drive e
