Default Xc60 d5 p155368 p155568 p155268 p155168

Hello, I am a professional mechanic with Snapon diagnostic equipment I’ve recently obtained and been working on this XC60 205bhp. One problem remains, the 4 codes above won’t reset, car drives perfectly, no mil, 4 of the 5 injectors have ‘circuit algorithm range/ performance codes stored. Leak back tests look fine to me. Car starts promptly. Injectors all read the same resistance (180k ohms) , wiring loom seems to check out fine, cleaned all the earths etc under the air box. The car had been driven 150 miles with a turbo hose blown off due to a rotted jubilee clip. I suspect the fuel trim figures need resetting somehow. The odd post I’ve seen looks like there might be a software update that might take care of this. Any help would be much appreciated. Fuel trim shows zero on cy4, small adjustments on the other 4 cylinders - nothing drastic. I’d have said the injectors were fine, but I’d welcome any help. A general obd (non specific) scan shows no faults found. Via specific XC60 route, these codes come every time, although the car says ‘no fault found during last drive cycle!)

Hi there, did you ever get to the bottom of this problem ? I have a Volvo XC60 presenting exactly the same codes as your own.

Cheers

Had a reply from Goodwood so I thought I would put it here :

i" I don't check this site very often! I didn't ever prove this, but I'm fairly sure that the fault lies in the ECU with something that monitors the current the injectors take some resistors perhaps. Swapping injectors didn't move the injector numbers at fault ! The wiring loom all checked out alright. I still own the same car and have since driven several thousand miles without issue from the fault code which still exists."

Default Did you find a solution?

Did you find a solution? I have the same problem. However, only the first cylinder is displayed for me. It would be important and interesting for me how you solved the problem.
