My new 2017 XC60 squeals when driving. It starts at about 40 mph and goes away when I break. It is louder on the passenger side. It is worse in the morning or when it is cool and damp outside. I don't hear it when it is warm and sunny. It has been in to the dealer 5 times and they say they can't reproduce it and then I drive it off the lot and hear it again. I can produce videos for them yet they can't find the cause. They have checked the belts and they look ok. Please help!

 

If you're still living with the squeal, ask them to check the belt tensioner pulley bearing. My squeal went when the 180k service replaced all on a 2013 D5
