01 Volvo v70 xc Throttle body testing
Im having trouble with my volvo not starting up, atm im checking if my throttle body is actually working to get air. I dont know which prong to attach to what with a multimeter, any help is apppreciated
There is a fuse for the throttle module #7 in the b fusebox (under the hood)
xemodex has a ETM diagnostic flow chart (and others) available at this link
https://xemodex.com/us/knowledgebase...ic-flow-chart/
Then you should be able to follow the diagnostic flow chart from Xemodex to help determine if your throttle is bad
Got through it, got through the clicking part of the throttle body, from that test assume its good due to it getting power, I just couldn't hear the humming, i'm hearing impaired. Now to test the MAF sensor, did a DC volt check on the male and came out to 0.188-0.120 mv.
