Default '02 V70XC After market HID kit

Hey everybody.

My DS low beam burnt out yesterday and I decided to swap in an HID kit that I've had laying around for a while.

I did a test before completing the installation to see if I needed a DRL relay to bypass the daytime lights or whether or not the low beams were putting out enough power to light up without pulsing/flashing.

The lights work fine on the daytime setting or lowbeam but after having driven around for a bit, I'm getting an error message on my dash saying "LOW BEAM FAILURE" that flashes periodically.

Any advice?

Also, the switch for my lights inside the car doesn't really seem to do anything. The lights are always on whether the parking brake is up or not. Any ideas?

Any information you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!

Yeah you'll need a computer bulb warning canceler. Which can be bought from http://www.sharphid.com/
