I bought a 2004 xc70 recently, it has the bi-xenon headlights. driving down the road, doesnt matter if it's low or high beam (though the problem seems "worse" in low beam) the right side headlight flashes really fast and sometimes goes out but comes back on and flashes more and then stays on.... what could be causing this problem?
