2001 xc70 for parts

It runs rough with 135,000 miles. Just put new pb booster, and a/c. No rust, 1 small dent on pass. rear door, dk blue tan interior. good parts car. new door locks. What should I ask for it? Sunroof non heated seats.

depends what rough means and whether or not it can pass emissions or safety inspections (depending on your state) if not, 10-20% of the used value ; OBO over what the junkyard will give you to take it
