Default 2002 V70 XC manual

Where is the best place to get a manual outside of dealership? Car didnt come with one and have a message that one of the position lights is out.

Online. Here is the link to the V70 PDF -->http://www.volvoclubthailand.com/man...anual_2002.pdf

Should be the same as the XC70.

The Volvo website also has PDF's of most of their owners manual for free download.

Default ATF vs Synthetic vs Power Steering Fluid

Noticed that I needed to top off the power steering fluid as the reservoir looked almost empty. When consulting the manual it instructs to use ATF in the powersteering reservoir. However, in many forums online it states that the manual is incorrect and you should use the Volvo synthetic and if you don't have the Volvo synthetic in there currently to have it drained and replaced with the synthetic, but do NOT put ATF in the powersteering reservoir. After phoning a local garage, Wal-mart and the Volvo dealership I am even more confused as what to do. Unfortunately, most everyone I talked with (except Volvo) said I should absolutely NOT use ATF in the powersteering reservoir and to use actual powersteering fluid. As I was only topping off I didn't see much harm in using actual powersteering fluid and did so with "Prestone Power Steering Fluid." However, after speaking with Volvo this morning I was informed that the early 2000 models (mine is a 2002 XC70 turbo) DID use ATF in the power steering reservoir and if it was red/orange in color I should just top off with ATF but that at sometime in the future I should consider having it drained and replaced with the synthetic as it is better on the system (doesn't foam, etc). My question is: Have I totally f'd something up by topping off with power steering fluid and not ATF and if so what are my options?
