Dealing with a no fuel delivery situation on a car not started in a while. Not getting pressure at the rail ( poked the schrader, got nothing) fuse is good. Could bad gas have caused the relay to shut down?

Thanks! Now I'd like to know if there is an identical relay on that board to swap with like a fog light or something to swap to see if I need to replace the pump relay.
Any ideas? From this diagram, I dont know what the adjacent relays do

 

Find one the same part number one the CEM and swap it. Remembering where it came from and went to
