Ha anyone had their windsheild washer filler neck gasket replaced under Volvo warranty. When I fill me liquid level to point where I can see the fluid in a couple of seconds it is on the ground.

Yes - this is typical of all Volvos in my experience. My 960 also did it. The washer bottle is made of 2 pieces -the tank and the filler neck. They removed the gasket from the later design and it now leaks if it is not pressed together correctly. I had mine replaced under warranty and now no problems.

Have them check the high pressure washer hoses to the headlamp washers. There is a service bulletin on these as they sometimes leak also. Once they fix it you should be good forever.

Thanks for your reply. Tomorrow I am going to make an appointment with my local Volvo dealer and mention the headlight washer hoses as well as the filler to tank connection.
