1998 Volvo V70 x/c 50 amp starter fuse keeps blowing. Solenoid and relay are brand new. Solenoid doesn't stick. Can easily start by pulling relay and shorting terminal to 12 volts. Fuse blows after driving several miles then attempting to re-start car.
