Does anyone know if the ETM recall is still on for a 2001 V70 XC?

Mine has started surging when idling and then stalling. I have cleaned the MAF but that is it so far. I have 125K miles. I know I need to have the PCV system serviced.

I heard from another posting that the ETM is a potential recall item.

 

Also I would like to clean the Throttle Body...any suggestions on how to remove and clean? Last question for now, are there any good engine diagrames that show where the various components of the engine are located? I loved my '92 and older 240's. You could see everything but you can't see anything on this motor with the way they crammed it in.

 

mmm no answers....mine just started surging if i need to git er going quickly from a stand still. I will ask my very competent dealer about the recall
