2001 xc 70 turbo. 46,000

At 38-40 mph the front left make a noise similar to something loose and rattling. It goes away at all other speeds. I have checked underneath for anything loose and rotated the tires. Noise still there. Is this a wheel bearing and if so what is the process of changing it?

Maybe it is a wheel bearing.
You will have to remove the Axle to get to the back of the hub to remove the bearing screws.
