Default Fuel injectors (install)

98 v70xc - 117K miles on it, i think it may be time to install new ones, does anyone have some experience with installing them? what tools are needed and can someone with moderate mechanical skills do it? is it a simple plug and play? your thoughts needed!

are there any injectors that should be avoided or can i use auto parts store brand? my plan is to own this car forever and drive it to its death, or till the next owner wants it!

thank you in advance!

gave my grandfathers volvo mechanic a ride back to his shop, told him what the car was doing and he looked at the odometer and felt the issue and thought i may have one that it acting up, so i figured why not replace them all and be done with it!

here's the issue, while driving down the highway at cruising speeds if i keep the throttle even and barely accelerate it will sputter just a tad really quickly, you can feel it as your driving, it happens at random with no warning! do you have any thoughts?

Did you run a good injection cleaner like Techron through the system?

They usually don't go bad very often.

I would buy a bottle of Techron you can get it at walmart or most auto parts stores. It is a little expensive but I love that stuff.

In my Mustang when the injectors got dirty and I used that and felt a difference in 2 miles.

I also put it in and use it strong I put it in with a 1/4 tank instead of a full tank like reccomended.
