My buddy is considering a Volvo and this one would work for him. But it says there's a knock in the engine... I have no idea what that even means.

Is that something that's repairable?

I have an 850... so a little experience with Volvos... but never with an "engine knock".

might not even be the engine, an engine knock is usually when a bearing starts going or is bad, and the knock is the loosness between the crank and the connecting rod or between rod and piston, could not even be that someone else might have an better explanation
