Default erratic operation of passenger front door power window?

I just swapped the passenger front door on my 2004 with a salvage yard door from a 2001. The power window often goes to the top on an up command and then acts like it may be binding and then backs down about 3/4 inch. It does not normally want to go all the way down, stuck at 3/4 inch down. With mutiple up and down attempts it will finally go down. I tried the up and hold up for 5 seconds that I read about on the forum. Any suggestions short of dealer?

Need to take it to the dealer, they will hook it up to their computer called "VIDA" and initialize the windows through the DDM. As far as I know it's the only way to do it. Used to initialize the windows all the time, for body shops and after software upgrades.

RVA Tech,
Thanks for your reply. I hate to admit that I can't do something myself, however, I made an appoinment for the XC to visit VIDA at my local dealership.
