I'd like a recommendation of a good Volvo mechanic in the Westchester County area to fix blown head gasket and replace timing belt. 2000 xc70 with 104000 miles.

Dealer has been no help, I have brought it to the dealer at least 3x since September. I thought that coolant system had a leak, but they keep pressure testing system, and say no leak. Instead, they now say that the coolant must be leaking into the engine and evaporating from engine. That's why we can't find leak. Does this seem possible. Would that mean we'd have to replace/repair head gasket and timing belt? Since September, dealer has replaced heater, thermostat and tie rods, and recommended new tires and alignment. But still, the coolant light comes on 1x/week, and I top off the tank with the coolant which I now carry in my car.
