Hello everyone.. You will probably get sick of me.. I have lots of question with "shade tree" mechanical ability.I have a 99 V70XC and need to change the rotors and pads. One site that I went on to order a set said I need to measure the rotors.. I came up with 11 inches.. Does that sound right? Also can anyone reccomend a brand that will last and does not squeak??

 

Welcome to the board. I personally stick with only OEM brake pads and rotors. You get a lot of brake dust from them, but they rarely squeel. You can find quite a bit of information about brakes by searching this forum.
