Too Late to Upgrade?
My stock turbo (2000 V70
XC) will need to be replaced soon. It has a slow coolant leak not resolved by new seals or tightened fittings. What are my options for a better-performing turbo that won't burn up the engine (approx 90,000 miles)?
What type of ancillary upgrades would be required to facilitate proposed turbo (assuming intake and exhaust)?
Plus, I'd like to convert my single pipe to a dual exhaust
, but all I can find offered is Eurosport's for approx $700. Is this a quality assembly?
Any thoughts on my situation are welcomed.

You should have a 13G on there now. You should be able to upgrade to a 15T or 16T without many problems. I would do an ECU upgrade as well to get all you can out of the upgrade.
Not sure about the dual exhaust though maybe go custom.

I wouldn't mind upgrading to the TD04-16T, but my major concern is whether the engine can handle the added boost. Can you vouch for this conversion? Has anyone else out there tried this? What were the results?
There is alot of people upgrading to bigger turbo's.
If you are really scared then upgrade the turbo but keep the boost down.
My wifes car has 230,000 miles has a stock 15G turbo running 14 PSI all day long.
