'03 XC90 2.5T need help with relay locations

Acquired this vehicle at auction:
Issue #1 starter rolls engine, has spark, wont fire as fuel isn't making it past injectors. Any solid pointers on where fuel injector relay(s) may be?
Issue #2 Dash has no lights at all, apparently can't run OBD scan unless dash is connected(electrically?), cant seem to nail down a relay(s) or fuses for anything other than "infotainment" ,but those are intact. I'm very good with mechanical side...but the electrical on this model is more difficult than the 240 series, IMHO
