05 XC90 2.5T Multiple CODES Help!

05 XC90 2.5T Multiple CODES Help!
I have a 2005 XC90 with the 2.5T engine. I have been getting these 3 codes... P0027, P0101, P2188. I have replaced the VVT Sensor (exhaust side) and replaced the Mass Air Flow Sensor. When I clear the codes they stay gone for about 15-30 miles then Check Engine Light is back on and car starts running crappy again. It idles rough and bogs down when I accelerate. I'm going to change the Plugs and Coils this weekend. Car has 160,000 miles.
