'05 Volvo XC90 codes
I have a 2005 Volvo XC90 T6 and the other day my CEL came on. It goes back off after several days, then comes back on after several days. I took it to Autozone to see if they could read the codes. They came up with 3 codes: P0101, P0456, and P0027. Are these codes related? I recently changed the plugs and that's when the CEL came on after about a day.
Can someone point me in the right direction to start diagnosing these codes?

P0101: MAF/VAF air flow circuit range/performance
P0456: EVAP system leak detected - very small
I changed the fuel cap and my CEL disappeared.
